Q: I received a message that my system wants to download a current version of the Flash Player.

A: The video requires Flash Player 9 or higher. Download the current Flash Player from http://www.adobe.com/.

Q: The video in the course is not playing smoothly.

A: The Professional Course requires at least a 300kb or better connection to the Internet. If your connection speed is slower, your video may not play smoothly while it is loading.  To check your connection speed, go to www.speedtest.net.

Q:  When I click on a sample form in the Training Course, the form does not display?  This also happens when I click to read an entire news article.

A: The Adobe reader is required to display forms and articles.  Download the latest Adobe reader from http://www.adobe.com/
